Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone, and troubleshoot reported problems.
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, software bugs, and connectivity issues.
• Guide users through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting steps.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and FAQs to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to escalate complex issues.
• Perform system updates, maintenance, and basic server administration.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or final-year students).
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Understanding of remote desktop support and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
• Understanding of basic SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Exposure to ITIL framework and service management principles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (not required but a plus).
