Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain IT-related data in databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
• Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and formatting.
• Organize and categorize large volumes of digital data.
• Work with Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools.
• Assist in data extraction, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (internships, projects, or self-learning).
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and IT-related data management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices to handle sensitive data.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with automated data entry tools and OCR software.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, or RPA for data automation (a plus).
• Understanding of cloud-based data management (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
