About the Role – Online Reputation Manager (Trainee / Entry-Level)
FresherJob.org is hiring Online Reputation Managers for multiple companies looking to protect and enhance their brand image online. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for digital marketing, public relations, and online brand management.
As an Online Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving a company’s online presence, ensuring positive brand perception across social media, review platforms, and search engines.
Key Responsibilities – Online Reputation Management (ORM) Jobs (Remote)
- Monitor brand mentions, customer reviews, and social media conversations across online platforms.
- Respond to negative and positive reviews professionally to maintain brand credibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve brand perception and engagement.
- Optimize Google My Business, social media pages, and third-party review sites.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to push positive content higher in search rankings.
- Identify and resolve brand reputation risks before they escalate.
- Track and analyze sentiment analysis reports and ORM analytics.
- Implement crisis management strategies to handle reputation threats effectively.
- Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and satisfied customers to build positive online feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, projects, or self-learning).
- Basic understanding of online reputation management, crisis management, and brand monitoring.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, review sites, and online forums.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle negative feedback and online crises professionally.
- Experience with Google Alerts, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or ORM tools is a plus.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital PR strategies.
- Experience in social media management and influencer collaboration.
- Certifications in Online Reputation Management (ORM) or Digital Marketing.
