Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
• Track stock movements, manage order fulfillment, and update inventory databases.
• Assist in inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock trends.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and quality standards.
• Utilize ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Excel for stock analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in inventory or logistics preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software and tools like SAP, Tally, or Zoho Inventory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with ERP and WMS platforms for inventory tracking.
• Understanding of stock optimization techniques and demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with supply chain workflows and procurement processes.
