About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets.
• Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, tax preparation, and audit support.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports for management review.
• Utilize accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in accounting preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial statements, taxation, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial audits.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Certifications such as CPA, CA-Inter, or ACCA Foundation are a plus.
