About the Role

FresherJob.org is hiring AI Chatbot Developers to help companies build and optimize intelligent conversational agents. This role is ideal for freshers interested in natural language processing (NLP), AI-driven automation, and chatbot development. As a chatbot developer, you will design, develop, and train AI-powered chatbots for various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) models to improve chatbot responses.
• Work with APIs to integrate chatbots with websites, mobile apps, and messaging platforms.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models for better chatbot performance.
• Debug, test, and optimize chatbots for accuracy and user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to enhance chatbot interactions.
• Research and apply the latest AI trends, machine learning techniques, and NLP models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, projects, or AI certifications preferred).
• Basic understanding of machine learning, NLP, and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI GPT models.
• Experience with chatbot-building platforms like Google Dialogflow, Rasa, or BotPress.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Knowledge of REST APIs and chatbot integration with various platforms.
• Hands-on experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech AI models.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
