About the Role – Business Development Executive (BDE) (Remote, Entry-Level)
FresherJob.org is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for multiple companies across different industries. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to help companies grow.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Executive Jobs (Remote)
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Pitch company products/services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Track sales progress using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, academic projects, or sales exposure preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, and business pitches.
- Basic knowledge of B2B and B2C sales models.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation.
- Ability to develop business proposals and sales presentations.
- Familiarity with business analytics and sales forecasting.
