As a Clinical Research Associate, you will support clinical trials, data collection, and study documentation while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
• Collect and analyze patient data following clinical study protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with research teams, investigators, and sponsors.
• Monitor trial sites to ensure protocol adherence and ethical standards.
• Assist in writing research reports and summarizing study findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in clinical research or healthcare preferred).
• Basic knowledge of clinical research methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and clinical data management tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical guidelines.
• Experience in handling electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, ACRP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and regulatory submissions.
