Key Responsibilities

• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or violating content.

• Maintain accuracy and neutrality while enforcing content guidelines.
• Report violations and escalate sensitive cases to senior teams.
• Stay updated on content trends, online safety policies, and moderation tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Media, Communications, or related fields preferred).
• 0 to 6 months of experience (internships in moderation, social media, or content review preferred).
• Strong understanding of internet culture, social media platforms, and digital ethics.
• Ability to identify offensive, misleading, or harmful content.
• Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience using AI-powered moderation tools, content management systems, or reporting dashboards.
• Familiarity with community guidelines, online safety regulations, and digital privacy laws.
