Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of corporate learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with training platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Certification in corporate training, instructional design, or coaching.
• Experience in designing e-learning modules or blended training programs.
• Knowledge of employee engagement, team-building strategies, and performance coaching.
• Understanding of business processes, HR policies, and leadership development.
