About the Role – CRM Executive (Trainee / Entry-Level)

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining customer databases, analyzing interactions, and improving customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities – CRM Executive Jobs (Remote)

• Manage and update customer data, interactions, and support tickets in CRM systems.
• Assist in email marketing, customer follow-ups, and retention campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and engagement patterns to improve relationships.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, support queries, and service efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of CRM software, customer engagement, and email marketing.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign).
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and retention strategies.
• Certifications in CRM, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing.
