About the Role – Customer Relationship Executive (Remote, Entry-Level)
FresherJob.org is hiring Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) for multiple companies across different industries. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in customer engagement, client relationship management, and support services.
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Executive Jobs (Remote)
- Manage and nurture customer relationships via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through prompt support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, and marketing) to improve customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer success strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
