About the Role – Ethical Hacker (Trainee / Entry-Level)
FresherJob.org is hiring Ethical Hackers for multiple companies specializing in cybersecurity, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring cybersecurity professionals who want to build a career in ethical hacking, network security, and cyber defense.
As an Ethical Hacker, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications, ensuring organizations stay protected from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities – Ethical Hacker Jobs (Remote)
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on web applications, networks, and systems.
- Identify and report security weaknesses and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Use ethical hacking tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
- Conduct risk analysis and security audits to prevent cyber threats.
- Assist in developing secure coding practices and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Research and stay updated on the latest cyber threats, malware, and hacking techniques.
- Work with IT teams to implement security measures and prevent data breaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, projects, or self-learning).
- Basic knowledge of penetration testing, network security, and vulnerability assessment.
- Familiarity with ethical hacking tools (Wireshark, Nessus, John the Ripper, Aircrack-ng).
- Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and encryption techniques.
- Programming knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Awareness of OWASP Top 10 and common security vulnerabilities.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Certifications like CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), Security+, OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional).
- Experience with bug bounty programs and responsible disclosure.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, cloud security, and forensic analysis.
- Knowledge of zero-day vulnerabilities, malware analysis, and exploit development.
