About the Role

FresherJob.org is hiring Ethical Hacker Trainees to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity infrastructure. This role is ideal for freshers interested in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and cybersecurity risk management. As a trainee, you will learn real-world hacking techniques, security protocols, and ethical hacking methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Identify and document security threats, loopholes, and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in network security audits and web application security testing.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to analyze and mitigate cyber threats.
• Learn about firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct research on the latest cybersecurity threats and ethical hacking tools.
• Follow industry standards and compliance regulations for security testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, projects, or cybersecurity certifications preferred).
• Basic understanding of network security, firewalls, and cryptography.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows security, and common vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with ethical hacking tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Wireshark.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Certifications like CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), Security+, or OSCP.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of cloud security and penetration testing frameworks.
