Job Responsibilities:

• Test video games across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile) to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
• Execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for game functionality, UI/UX, and performance.
• Identify, document, and report bugs using bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, etc.).
• Conduct manual and automated gameplay testing to ensure stability and performance.
• Test for compatibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform issues.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to enhance game quality.
• Perform regression testing after game updates or patches.
• Ensure compliance with game industry standards and guidelines.
• Provide feedback on game mechanics, difficulty levels, and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Game Development, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (internships, personal projects, or gaming experience).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for video games and knowledge of game mechanics and gameplay testing.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and bug-tracking tools.
• Ability to write clear bug reports and test documentation.
• Understanding of game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, C#) for test automation is a plus.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with VR/AR game testing.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools for games.
• Knowledge of multiplayer testing and network-related bugs.
• Exposure to game automation testing.
