About the Role – Growth Hacker (Trainee / Entry-Level)
FresherJob.org is hiring Growth Hackers for multiple companies looking to scale their businesses through data-driven marketing strategies. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for digital marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, and product growth.
As a Growth Hacker, you will experiment with marketing, product, and sales strategies to drive rapid user acquisition and revenue growth using innovative and cost-effective methods.
Key Responsibilities – Growth Hacking Jobs (Remote)
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Perform A/B testing on landing pages, ad campaigns, and email marketing sequences.
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize SEO, content marketing, paid ads, and referral programs to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Experiment with viral marketing techniques, influencer collaborations, and community building.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to implement growth experiments.
- Stay updated on the latest growth hacking techniques, automation tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, projects, or self-learning).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or marketing automation tools.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative user acquisition strategies.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Familiarity with growth hacking frameworks like Pirate Metrics (AARRR – Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral).
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python) for website and campaign optimization.
- Certifications in digital marketing, growth hacking, or analytics.
