Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily hotel operations, including front desk and guest services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in hotels or restaurants preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of front office software such as Opera, IDS, or Fidelio is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Passion for customer service and hospitality excellence.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Understanding of hotel revenue management and cost control.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of event planning and banquet operations.
