This role is ideal for freshers passionate about teaching languages and helping learners improve their communication skills. As a Language Trainer, you will conduct training sessions, develop language courses, and assist students in achieving fluency.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English, Spanish, French, German, or other languages based on expertise.
• Conduct engaging and interactive language training sessions online or offline.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, and language exercises.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Education, or any relevant field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships, tutoring, or online teaching preferred).
• Proficiency in the language you will be teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, or LMS platforms.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or any language-specific teaching certification.
• Experience in corporate training or working with adult learners.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-based language learning tools.
