Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll support the data and AI teams with:
- Preprocessing structured and unstructured datasets
- Building, training, and validating supervised and unsupervised models
- Working on regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
- Implementing models using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
- Performing feature engineering and dimensionality reduction

- Staying updated with current ML research, tools, and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Python programming
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts like overfitting, model evaluation, and cross-validation
- Experience working on ML projects (college, Kaggle, or personal)
- Basic knowledge of data preprocessing techniques
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking

- Clear communication and reporting skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch)
