Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Exposure to predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring.
• Understanding of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial machinery.
• Experience with HVAC systems, hydraulics, or rotating equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
