Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize NLP models for text classification, named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, and machine translation.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) like BERT, GPT, and T5.
• Preprocess and clean text data using tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, and stopword removal.
• Implement chatbots, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech systems.
• Train and fine-tune deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or spaCy.
• Integrate NLP pipelines into real-world applications such as customer support, healthcare, and finance.
• Work with text vectorization techniques (TF-IDF, Word2Vec, FastText, Transformers).
• Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest NLP research, trends, and innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (internships, projects, or self-learning).
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face, Gensim, Transformers).
• Understanding of text preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Experience with sequence-to-sequence models, RNNs, LSTMs, and Transformers.
• Familiarity with Named Entity Recognition (NER), topic modeling, and summarization.
• Basic knowledge of speech recognition and multilingual NLP.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and LLM fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with deploying NLP models on cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Understanding of real-time NLP applications and API integrations.
