Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to improve software quality.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Work with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Conduct load and stress testing using JMeter or similar tools.
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation on test results and defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (internships, projects, or self-learning).
• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with manual testing processes and defect reporting.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experience with SQL queries for database testing.
• Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience with mobile app testing (Android, iOS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
• Experience with security testing concepts.
