Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and analyzing residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Support the selection of construction materials based on load-bearing calculations.
• Perform structural analysis using engineering software like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed engineering reports.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers on design solutions.
• Assist in earthquake-resistant and sustainable building design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in construction or structural design preferred).
• Basic knowledge of load distribution, stress analysis, and reinforcement techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Understanding of concrete, steel, and composite material properties.
