Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing training programs for employees.
  • Support the implementation of online and in-person training sessions.
  • Conduct research to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Help create training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop learning modules.
  • Organize and coordinate training events, workshops, and webinars.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in HR, learning & development preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools.
  • Familiarity with corporate training methodologies.
  • Understanding of employee engagement and career development strategies.
