Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and itineraries.
• Handle customer inquiries and offer personalized travel recommendations.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications based on client requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in travel agencies or tourism preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of travel booking platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for travel and tourism industry trends.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Understanding of international visa and travel documentation processes.
• Familiarity with travel insurance policies and claims.
• Experience with itinerary planning and group tour coordination.
