Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand customer behavior and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UI designs.
• Enhance user experience by improving navigation, accessibility, and interactivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships or freelance projects preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and UX research methods.
• Basic knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animations.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
