About the Role

FresherJob.org is hiring UI/UX Researchers to help companies enhance user experiences through data-driven insights. This role is ideal for freshers interested in user research, human-computer interaction (HCI), and UX design strategies. As a UI/UX Researcher, you will conduct research to understand user behavior, test designs, and contribute to building intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to analyze user needs.
• Gather insights through interviews, focus groups, and behavioral analysis.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UI/UX based on research findings.
• Analyze user feedback and website/app interaction data to optimize user experience.
• Create research reports, wireframes, and user journey maps to support the design process.
• Stay updated with the latest UX research methodologies and usability trends.
• Work with design teams to develop A/B testing strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (internships or academic research preferred).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability testing, and wireframing tools.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UX research tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of user behavior and accessibility principles.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or UX research platforms.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, heuristic evaluation, and cognitive psychology in UX.
• Familiarity with basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative user research.
