Key Responsibilities – YouTube Channel Manager Jobs (Remote)

• Manage and optimize YouTube channels to drive engagement and growth.
• Upload, schedule, and publish videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Research and implement YouTube SEO techniques to improve video rankings.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement content strategies based on trending topics and audience preferences.
• Monitor comments and engage with the audience to build a community.
• Collaborate with video editors, scriptwriters, and content creators for high-quality video production.
• Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes, monetization policies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (internships, personal projects, or freelance experience).
• Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO, video marketing, and audience engagement.
• Understanding of YouTube monetization, ads, and revenue strategies.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, Google Trends, and keyword research tools.
• Basic experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
