Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems? This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in HVAC design, system analysis, and energy efficiency solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Support calculations for heating and cooling loads, ventilation rates, and energy efficiency.
• Work with AutoCAD, Revit, or other HVAC design software for system layouts.
• Conduct site inspections to assess HVAC performance and compliance.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC system issues and recommending improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and other industry standards.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project teams on system planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in HVAC design or maintenance preferred).
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration cycles, airflow distribution, and duct design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or HVAC-specific software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of HVAC safety protocols and energy efficiency concepts.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Exposure to sustainable HVAC solutions like VRF systems and heat pumps.
• Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for airflow analysis.
• Experience with HVAC load calculation tools like HAP or TRACE 700.
