Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes.
• Work with Liquid (Shopify’s templating language) to build and modify themes.
• Integrate and configure Shopify apps, payment gateways, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize Shopify websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage product listings, collections, and inventory setup.
• Implement custom functionalities using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Shopify APIs.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for UI/UX improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or final-year students).
• Experience: 0 to 6 months in Shopify development (internships, projects, or self-learning).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and app development.
• Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and site speed improvements.
• Experience with Shopify Plus (preferred but not required).

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of Dropshipping platforms (Oberlo, Printful, etc.).
• Experience with Shopify Headless Commerce and custom storefronts.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and tracking tools.
• Experience with AJAX, JSON, and GraphQL in Shopify development.
• Certifications in Shopify development or e-commerce platforms (a plus).
