Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor project progress, report issues, and suggest improvements.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and material testing as per project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in construction, site management, or engineering preferred).
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, project planning, and site safety regulations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Exposure to structural analysis and design software like STAAD Pro.
• Understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Experience with surveying tools such as Total Station or GPS.
