Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit for the role.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media hiring campaigns.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, offer letters, and onboarding formalities.
- Stay updated with hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in recruitment or HR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
