About the Role – Telecaller (Remote, Entry-Level)
FresherJob.org is hiring Telecallers for multiple companies across different industries. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who have strong communication skills and want to build a career in customer service, sales, and lead generation.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers, generating leads, and resolving queries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities – Telecaller Jobs (Remote)
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with queries.
- Provide product or service information to customers.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly call targets.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or High School diploma (any stream).
- 0 to 6 months of experience (internships or customer-facing roles preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in speaking to customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills
- Experience in customer support, telemarketing, or sales.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
