Key Responsibilities

• Conduct career counseling sessions to help individuals choose the right career path.
• Assist job seekers with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Provide insights into industry trends, skill requirements, and career opportunities.
• Guide students and professionals on higher education, certifications, and training programs.
• Organize career development workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR professionals to match candidates with suitable job roles.
• Maintain records of counseling sessions and track candidate progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (internships in career counseling or HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of career development, job market trends, and employment strategies.
• Ability to motivate and mentor individuals toward career success.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with career assessment tools and personality tests.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking.
• Understanding of soft skills training and professional development programs.
