Key Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience (Internships in HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with HR software or HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of performance management and employee engagement strategies.
